Rob Calvert | President & Founder

Building on a background in production management and customer service for the publishing and prepress industries, Rob has over 15 years’ worth of experience working with creative and IT professionals in Southern California.

Jessica has over ten years of experience supporting end users in a corporate environment in Australia and the United States. Her areas of expertise include mobility and wireless support, but more recently her focus has shifted to the less technical side of the IT industry, as she greatly enjoys managing and improving methodologies adopted within a business.

Phil has over eight years of experience supporting Apple computers in both Canada and the United States. He studied computer programming but transitioned to hardware- and software-level support which is now his passion.

Barb has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting, training, as well as system and network administration. She has been a guest speaker and instructor on diverse topics such as wi-fi WANs, anti-spam tactics, and server performance analysis at technical conferences worldwide.  In addition to a long technical career, she also has a well-rounded business background with administration, management, pre- and post-sales service, customer support, policies, bookkeeping, and finance.

  • She enjoys helping people understand how to leverage technology.
  • She was a comprehensive technical reviewer for two editions of the UNIX System Administration Handbook.
  • She used to work at NASA in the space shuttle program.


Royce Gawron | Network Support EngineerRoyce Gawron

Royce has over 10 years experience as a Production Artist in Advertising for Home Video and Real Estate.  This experience has given him a thorough working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Quark Express. It has also given him a solid understanding of font management solutions as well as an understanding of color management solutions.

Josh Brazile | Network Support Engineer

Josh has over eight years of experience supporting cross platform environments at the desktop and server level and has worked with businesses in a wide range of industries.  Over the years, his cross-platform projects have included deployments of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange with Mac OS X integration.

Trevor has over three years of experience working in Education Technology and over five years experience providing tech support to home and small business users. He has supported teachers and administrators taking on emerging technologies like Google Apps, online testing, and mobile devices. In addition to his background of managing multiple computer labs and tablet clusters, he has provided training and professional development for the adoption of new technologies.

Alex has spent the last decade accumulating a depth of IT knowledge and operational experience working at local media companies, both start-up and established. Alex is excited to bring his versatility, as well as problem-solving skills developed studying mechanical engineering, to bear troubleshooting help desk issues.
