The Proactive Maintenance plan offers many of the same benefits as the Managed Services plan, but within the structure of a set, modest number of monthly support hours. If your technological needs do not require daily attention, but instead regular, proactive maintenance, as well as server and backup system monitoring, then the Proactive Maintenance plan could be the perfect fit for your business. The Proactive plan includes fixes to your computers when they break as well as data integrity protection, downtime reduction, and headache elimination.

Moreover, any unused hours in a billing cycle can be rolled over into the next month during the agreement period, so you don’t have to worry about losing unused time. And, if you happen to hit a growth spurt, or have some major change such as a move, and thereby use all of the contract hours before the end of the month, then any additional work will simply be billed hourly.

  • Creating and managing an online client-side interface to access systems documentation
