Rob holds multiple certifications, including: Apple Certified System Administrator – 10.4, 10.6 Apple Certified Specialist in Mac OSX Security & Mobility – 10.6 Apple Certified Technical Coordinator – 10.2 – 10.6, 10.8 Apple Certified Support Professional – 10.5, 10.6 and 10.8 Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist – 10.3 and 10.4 Apple Certified Xsan Administrator NetVault Administrator Daylite Certified Premier Partner Kerio Certified Technical Professional Microsoft Certified Partner He has taught classes at the national MacWorld Conference & Expo as well as throughout the greater Los Angeles area in partnership with the Apple Retail Stores. He is chapter coadvisor of the Apple Consultants Network Los Angeles-Metro Area Chapter and regularly provides training to the local consultant community. He has been a guest speaker at various Southern California business technology and user groups, giving lectures on such topics as the utilization of Macs in business, business system virtualization and system automation.

A member of the team since 2004, Royce gets his jollies on encryption and network security.
He is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator – 10.6 and 10.8 He is an Apple Certified Support Professional – 10.5, 10.6 and 10.8 He is an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist – 10.3 and 10.4 He is a member of Apple Consultants Network. He was a tutor in Photoshop and Illustrator. He has a love of Unix and a thorough knowledge of the command line and shell scripting. He possesses an incredible reserve of patience and the ability to describe difficult computer problems using common words that anyone can understand.
Phil Jones
Phil Jones Support Team Lead

Phil started out as a desktop support engineer with us after 7 years at Apple. Currently he's our resident documentation guru and splits his time between managing projects and supporting our on-site engineers.
He is an Apple Certified Specialist in Mac OSX Security & Mobility – 10.6 He is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator – 10.6 and 10.9 He is an Apple Certified Support Professional – 10.6, 10.8 and 10.9 He is an Apple Certified Mac Technician – 10.4, 10.5, and 10.6 He is an Aerohive Certified Wireless Consultant (ACWC) He was an Apple Genius for three and a half years. He is capable of grasping difficult technical concepts and is able to relay that information in a manner that is easy to understand. He has an extensive background in customer relations and truly enjoys working with people.

Josh is our go-to guy for our cross platform integration and when someone wants a crazy voice on their voicemail. Seriously, his voices are awesome.

He is an Aerohive Certified Wireless Administrator (ACWA) He is a Kerio Certified Technical Professional He is exceptionally good at technical writing and technical breakdowns. He is currently working on developing apps for OS X and iOS. He is a professional photographer and thus understands he has an intimate understanding of the technical needs of this industry.

When it comes to translating Geek to human, Trevor is one of the best.
He is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator – 10.9 He is an Apple Certified Support Professional – 10.6, 10.8 and 10.9 He is a member of Apple Consultants Network. He takes pride in customer service and his ability to discuss complex issues with people of varying technical skills. He loves engaging problems head on, finding new solutions, and giving guidance in how to implement those solutions. He has a passion for new technologies, and finding ways they can contribute and improve productivity Trevor has also taught Elementary School classes in computer programming and robotics.
Barb Dijker
Barb Dijker Technical Account Manager

Building on a background in Unix administration and telephony, Barb makes mince meat of complex network engineering and deployment projects.
She enjoys helping people understand how to leverage technology. She was a comprehensive technical reviewer for two editions of the UNIX System Administration Handbook. She used to work at NASA in the space shuttle program.

Smaraki brings exhaustive international service industry experience in streamlining processes, and optimizing output in day to day operations, to our team. Combining traditional waterfall methodologies with newer non-sequential and fluid models, like agile, is her area of expertise.
